When working with our customers and vendors, our top priority comes down to being available and transparent throughout the process. Our representatives are quick to respond to any inquiries or concerns you may have about your order and always give you the most up to data information. We believe that having clear and concise communication with both customers and vendors leads to better relationships and creates trust. We also follow up with our vendors weekly for updates on ship dates and check into customer inquiries daily to resolve any issues. This is just one of the many ways we keep ourselves available to customers and are transparent about the order process.

On-time delivery is a pillar of our operation because we believe that it not only contributes to customer satisfaction but also drives better collaboration with customers and increases customer loyalty. While we try our best to achieve on-time delivery for every order, some things may be out of our control, but we always try to stay one step ahead. As soon as we learn an order may be delayed, customers are notified immediately and will be updated on the new arrival date. We also routinely evaluate the on-time delivery performance of not only ourselves but our vendors as well. By capturing and recording delay reasons, we can recognize any patterns and take steps to resolve these ongoing issues or take them into consideration when giving out lead times and delivery dates.

Finally, we pride ourselves on our processing and order accuracy. From start to finish, we are hands-on in the process of acquiring and shipping out your parts. We constantly maintain accurate inventory data in our warehouse, check open order reports to ensure part numbers and quantities are accurate and minimize any potential errors that may need immediate attention. We strive to be as competitive as possible, staying on top of both market and current distribution prices, to find you the best solution for your needs. We aim to give our customers only the best, which is why all our parts go through a quality inspection before being shipped to you.
